Refund Policy

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Not be a final sale or clearance item
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account and navigate to your order history
- Select the order and item you wish to return
- Choose your reason for return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or variant, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your preferred item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Subscription services (see subscription terms)
